New equipment sales carry a 12-month warranty. All A1TOOL products are guaranteed to perform to your satisfaction. If you have any questions, concerns, or need replacement parts please contact us directly at (800) 942-9950. You can also E-mail us at admin@a1tool.com.You will be responsible for the shipping charges both ways. There are no restock fees or addition charges. Upon receiving your new equipment from the shipping company, if there are any damages, open or crushed boxes please note it on the SHIPPING RECEIPT prior to signing for the item.
